About the role
This role is either a Permanent Part-Time, or Full-Time role.

You will be required to work on a rotational roster (including weekends) between the hours of 6am and 6pm at our Pittsworth location.


Reporting directly to the Production Floor Manager, this role will be responsible for the end-to-end running of the egg processing and packing line requirements that are aligned to achieve production targets.

You will be a dynamic self-starter and be passionate about supporting a collaborative working environment, inline with our culture and values.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited too:

  • Perform Pre-Operative checks, and ensure equipment is set up to ensure production timelines run to schedule;
  • Grade Eggs inline with the procedures in place;
  • Replenishment of packaging;
  • Prepare, label or stack finished boxes;
  • Following all work instructions;
  • Following all food safety regulations and SOP's
  • Assist in other areas of the Grading Facility when required.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience with production work in the food industry preferred;
  • A technical and problemsolving attitude towards food manufacturing is desired;
  • Experience with HACCP preferred but not essential;
  • Ability to work in both hot and cold environments;
  • Written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong work ethic;
  • Ability to work within a team;
  • Flexible in a shift work environment;
  • Follow all safe work practices in line with company policies and procedures.

You must not have any birds, pigs or poultry at your place of residence.
