The
Community Experience Team is a group of passionate, kind and friendly engagement practitioners who are responsible for creating and maintaining deep relationships with our customers, external delivery partners and internal teams.

We are looking for a talented
Community Partnership Specialist to join us and be part of the journey as we focus on growth, sustainability and simultaneously preparing for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

What we hope you'll bring:

  • Bachelor Degree in Communications or other relevant qualification
  • IAP2 Certification
  • Experience in customer engagement and community management with evidence of contentious engagement projects.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns including the management of digital engagement platforms
  • Proven practical experience in implementing IAP2 principles and practices in community engagement
  • Experience engaging with numerous stakeholders for infrastructure maintenance and construction delivery
  • A love for the water industry and the very important role it plays in the community.
