Job Overview:
We are seeking versatile individuals with experience to work in our residential care centers, main kitchen, and a commercial café setting. As a Food Service Assistant and Café Barista, your role will involve ensuring top-notch meal services for residents, staff, and the community.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily café services, including coffee preparation and serving, dishwashing, food and beverage preparation, storage, and retrieval
- Meeting customer needs and dietary requirements, updating records accordingly
- Maintaining high standards of personal and operational hygiene
- Monitoring and restocking supplies of beverages, food, utensils, and consumables
- Performing general cleaning of kitchen, dining area, and equipment
