We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses committed to the highest quality care for our Privately Funded Clients.

The opportunity

Start dates

Immediate starts are available. Alternatively, you can let us know when you're planning to start work and we can reserve your placement in advance.

Shifts and rosters

  • We have a range of permanent part-time and casual opportunities to suit your availability.
  • Silverchain Private Care provides care services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so we can offer regular and flexible shifts throughout the day, overnight and on weekends.
  • We welcome enquiries for half days or during school hours.

Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse with Silverchain Private Care you will assist clients with:

  • Medication, Wound, Diabetes, Catheter Stoma and Dementia Management
  • Personal Care Assistance in home respite
  • Social support management and support for people living with dementia

About you

  • Nursing qualifications and current APHRA Registration
  • Minimum 2 years post graduate clinical experience
  • Well-developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team environment
  • You will possess a broad range of clinical skills and competence within the areas of medication management, continence assessments, wound management, and anticoagulation therapy
  • Full Australian Driver Licence
