Responsibilities
As a Quality Compliance Specialist reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will oversee critical Compliance and Quality Systems initiatives to ensure adherence to GMP regulations and internal AZ policies. Your key duties will include:
- Leading continual improvement efforts by monitoring site systems for compliance and advising stakeholders on necessary enhancements.
- Efficiently managing Pharmaceutical Quality Systems.
- Supervising Site Quality Risk Management processes, including maintaining the Risk Register.
- Facilitating activities related to regulatory inspections and managing responses effectively.
- Taking ownership of resolving compliance issues by engaging relevant stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
- Hold tertiary qualifications in a science or quality-related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Quality Control within a Pharmaceutical setting.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in pharmaceutical laboratory operations.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Minitab, MS Office applications, Word, Excel, etc.
- Familiarity with cGMP guidelines and their practical application for maintaining compliance.
- Team player with the capability to work autonomously.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience across various quality assurance areas in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of computerized management systems.
