This is a great role for a driven Traffic Management Planner to work with one of the busiest and most exciting organisations to work for in Australia right now.

You're an Traffic Management Planner with at least two years' experience. This role will involve forward thinking to maximise each day.

The role:

  • Develop traffic management plans in accordance with legislation, company policies, procedures, and relevant Standards
  • Ensure all plans are accurate and completed efficiently and on time every time
  • Conduct risk and hazard identification during development, clearly documenting controls in all plans
  • Consult with all relevant stakeholders including clients, on road staff, main roads authorities, local councils, emergency services and buses
  • Implement plans and communicate to the team operational requirements

Requirements / Skills

  • Qualification RIICWD503A
  • Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plans
  • Current Driver's Licence and White Card
  • Experience with AutoCAD or Rapid Plan
  • An indepth understanding of TCAWS, AS 1742.3, AGTTM and relevant Codes of Practice
  • Minimum of 2 years Traffic Planning experience
  • Understanding of safety management systems, practices, and procedures
  • Experience in providing recommendations for hazard minimisation
  • Prepared to travel locally to various work sites
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer service focus
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to be proactive and solutions driven with tasks
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities
  • Sound administrative skills and computer literacy
