The Role:


We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and driven individual to join our fast-paced, high-performing sales team As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be focused on qualifying sales opportunities.

You will often be the first point of contact with potential Yubico Business customers so making a good impression is critical.


Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Meet monthly and quarterly objectives
  • Prioritize and qualify sales leads from several different outbound sources
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to drive opportunities
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and competition

Skills & Experience:

  • Detailoriented, strong analytical skills with a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and tasks
  • Able to take initiative, maintain a positive attitude, be selfmotivated, and work effectively on projects with mínimal direct supervision
  • 2 yrs of selling experience
  • Based in Melbourne
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Japanese
