About the role:


We are looking to hire a Head of Finance Business Partnering & Planning to lead the planning and reporting processes at Officeworks and provide advisory and partnering support (through a great team of Business Partners) to enhance commercial decision making.


As trusted business advisors, this team's data-based insights, commercial acumen and accounting qualifications will ensure financial reports are accurate and decisions are aligned to the business' vision and strategy.


This role will be key in:

  • Preparing divisional monthly financial and board reports, providing insights that influence business decision-making by directing focus to the most impactful drivers/KPIs.
  • Managing, and producing all deliverables required as part of Officeworks' planning cycle, including the annual budget, capital planning, monthly forecasts, and the development of a 24 month rolling forecast.
  • Creating a culture of growth, high performance and commercial discipline within the Business Partnering and Planning team.\
