Let's talk about the role and responsibilities

  • Designing the collections solution using PowerCurve Collections product.
  • Understanding the Customer Data System (CDS) and configuring policies and rule sets according to client collections strategies.
  • Proficiency in programming and configuring interfaces within the CDS framework, aligned with client requirements.
  • Providing guidance and coaching to solution analysts in configuring low-level designs.
  • Assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and addressing core product-related issues.
  • Analyzing database tables, procedures, and functions; writing and modifying logic in DB procedures; updating DB scripts for handling multiple accounts.
  • Deploying solutions in both Production and non-production environments, and updating installation documentation accordingly.
  • Providing Business-As-Usual (BAU) support for production environments using Control M for batch monitoring and managing communication with integrated systems for file transfers.
  • Advocating a culture centered on fair treatment of customers and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Solution designing and configuration of strategies, including data model and interface pack designing.
  • Assisting technical implementers with the installation of PowerCurve Collections (PCC) suite on both Windows and Unix operating systems.

  • Experience with PowerCurve Tools, particularly PowerCurve Collections (PCC) with Design Studio.
  • Proficiency in Monitoring Tools, preferably Splunk (optional).
  • Familiarity with DevOps Tools such as GIT and SVN (optional).
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle databases.
  • Competency in technologies including Java, J2EE, and Webservices PC.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven individual with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with context menu functionalities.
