Apprenticeships R Us is looking for a
Trainee Service Advisor in the
Port Melbourne, VIC areas. This role will combine on-the-job training whilst you work towards your
Certificate III in Business qualification.

What is a traineeship?


A traineeship is a 12 month, paid job that will include hands on training alongside a skilled team of experts with structured learning in order to receive a
Certificate III in Business.

Following this qualification will allow the opportunity of getting promoted after completion.

Some of your duties as a Service Advisor Trainee will include:

  • Determine if technical solutions can be resolved over the phone.
  • Accurately record issues and data into a Dealer Management System.
  • Conduct transactions; walk customer through process and provide a summary of the service.
  • Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle
  • Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer
  • Follow up with customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed
