Who are we looking for?


Challenger Security is seeking a qualified and experienced full time Security Officer who is career focused and determined to join a business with excellent opportunities for training and promotion.

Immediate start, with training provided.

What will you be doing?

  • Monitoring and maintaining the security and access control for the site
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment for staff and clients
  • Monitor operations, deter suspicious activity and respond to incidents accordingly.
  • Provide detailed information to senior management on potential and actual threats to the business.

What will you need to apply?

For this role, you will need:

  • Current NSW Security Licence
  • 1AC
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Police Check (Less than 60 days old)
  • Excellent presentation and grooming standards
  • Strong interpersonal communication and reportwriting skills
  • To be physically fit and able to perform the duties required
  • A confident and welcoming attitude with high level of observation skills
  • Previous experience in Commercial Security, preferred but not necessary
  • To be able to work overnight on a rotating roster 4 on, 4 off
