About the Role

In this role you will:

  • Perform a range of duties that provide advanced administration support for student programs including HR related forms and other associated paperwork related to the traineeship
  • Provide ongoing culturally appropriate mentoring and support, in consultation and partnership with the MSH mentors to ensure the trainees/students successful completion of the program.
  • Support internal and external stakeholder relationship management who are involved in coordinating the traineeship.
  • Conduct regular site visits to meet with the line managers and students to maintain relationships and support with the trainees/students throughout the program.
