About Dorsett Melbourne, Dining Concepts & West Side Place

Dorsett Melbourne will be located within the West Side Place development precinct within Melbourne CBD. Occupying levels 3 to 8 within The Park release building, the hotel will consist of 316 guestrooms and suites.

It will also feature a wide range of dedicated amenities such as pool, jacuzzi pool, gymnasium, all day dining facility with private dining room, club lounge with private lounge, lobby bar, meeting rooms and relaxation area.

West Side Place is located on the corner of Spencer and Lonsdale Streets in Melbourne's CBD.

Sitting proudly at the heart of a diverse, liveable, and vibrant neighbourhood, West Side Place offers varied dining options, retail shops and the options to experience the facilities of Ritz Carlton Melbourne, and Dorsett Melbourne.

Our Dining Concepts restaurants offer modern dining concepts with long-term stability.

Established in Melbourne in 2020, Dining Concepts is a multi-cuisine restaurant group and is an aligned partner with Far East Consortium (FEC) Australia.

Whether a Dining Concepts venue is quick-serve, casual or fine-dining, our restaurants will provide experiential dining to a multi-demographic customer base including residents, workers, shoppers and tourists.

We also favour the use of locally sourced, premium produce to create different flavours that aren't common in Australia.

Your Role


The F&B Supervisor role is a pivotal role in our hotel as you will be overseeing the daily operations in our Executive Lounge, boutique Lobby Bar, In Room Dining, All Day Dining Restaurant & Event spaces.


As an F&B Supervisor for our hotel and the Dorsett brand, you will ensure the hotel maintains its high service standards on a daily basis by empowering, engaging and embracing its culture in every single way and always leading by example.


You will be the key person that guests rely on for food and drinks so it's important to anticipate every need to ensure a great experience.

As a leader you will also be in tune with your team, ensuring the team receive the right training and development opportunities to maximise performance and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
