Your opportunity


The Settlements Team is a pivotal department, responsible for ensuring that retail contracts are thoroughly checked and accurate, prior to activating and disbursing funds to the dealer.


  • Provide a high level of customer service to the NFS dealer network and promoting a positive message with a cando attitude.
  • Ensure all customer documentation is approved and compliant with regulations, legislation and NFS policies.
  • Look for opportunities to drive change, improve processes and continually seek business efficiency.
  • Ensure that daily transactions are attended to within required time frames and provides corrective action where necessary to achieve optimum results.

You will bring to this role

  • Ability to foster a culture of best practice by ensuring outstanding attention to detail and strong work ethics.
  • Passion about your team achieving high performance results.
  • Previous experience in the finance and service industry or regulated work environment, preferred.
