Role Overview:

  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience through maintaining high hospitality standards.
  • Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and empathetically.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and timely food delivery.
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Training and developing team members to enhance their skills and elevate service standards.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a Japanese restaurant.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A love for Japanese cuisine and culture.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
