The role of Program Manager Construction Assurance within the Developer Services team involves providing customer, supplier, stakeholder and team direction, with guidance across various tasks related to Endorsed Consultant Program, Construction Assurance, Network Access Permits relating to construction work, field audit scheduling audits and ensuring the health and performance of Construction Contracts.

The main focus of the role is work within our bespoke systems driving successful outcomes from the entire team. It requires strong problem-solving and relationship management, engagement, contract and program skills to meet changing customer and business needs.

In this role, key accountabilities will include:

  • Becoming familiar with our internal systems, which support a complicated network of requests, contractor management and construction assurance related activities.
  • Being an engaged leader who can work to our goals, and maintain strong buy in and drive great culture from your team members.
  • Drive great customer service and experience.
  • Able to go beyond just the technical, and troubleshoot the sometimescomplex processes for your team and clients.
  • Reporting while being aware of the best ways to prevent our thirdparty providers from breaching the requirements; spotting issues before they arise; and figuring out how to get projects back on track.

About you:

  • You have confidence in your technical knowledge of sewage and/or water systems and are able to identify the required business goal and the most practical means to achieve it;
  • You have a track record of working successfully with various levels of stakeholders to get the quickest and best results for our customers;
  • Hold a degree or qualification or recognised experience in project management, contract management, risk management, engineering or related field;
  • You have experience working in either consulting or construction and are a naturally involved team member; and
  • Want to work in a setting that is encouraging but resultsoriented, with a team and leader that are invested, and where there is a culture of availability and inclusion.
