  • Our client is currently looking for a new Moving Sales Surveyor to join their team in Brisbane.
You will join their established Household Goods Sales team, conducting sales surveys following their initial enquiry.

This role will act as the initial point of contact with the consumers, so exceptional relationship management & communication skills are essential.

The opportunity comes with a highly competitive base salary, an excellent commission structure & a car allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making initial contact with the consumers following their initial contact; this role is purely focused on warm inbound leads
  • Making arrangements to schedule an in person home survey with the consumer
  • Travelling to their home to conduct the survey, ensuring all details are collected and input into the Mobi system
  • Using Moveware, generate a quote, using the survey results collected
  • Negotiating and confirming business, actively helping to generate revenue for the households goods moving team
  • Ensuring the systems are kept uptodate and all information accurately recorded
  • Once the move has been confirmed, pass the details and information gained over to the Household Goods Moving team, who will then take over responsibility for the consumer

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous household goods sales & surveying experience would be highly advantageous
  • Experience within Moveware & Mobi would also be beneficial
  • Strong customer service, negotiation & relationship management experience
  • Applicants from related sales & home focussed industries such as real estate may also be considered
  • A valid driver's license is essential
