Responsibilities:

  • Modify and update position descriptions for currency and to reflect changes
  • Support onboarding and induction experience for new staff
  • Data entry of private and confidential information
  • Assist with the update of employee files and records
  • Conduct desktop research to support HR procurement
  • Support record management and updates in HR Sharepoint
  • Draft employmentrelated agreements
  • Cover receptionist duties as required
  • Coordinate facetoface training logistics and adhoc activities
  • Work together with the team to support people engagement activities
Experience

  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative support
  • Proficiency in
    Sharepoint:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Strong planning, time management and organisation skills
  • Proactive 'cando' attitude with a desire to learn and improve processes
