About the Role

The primary goal of the Team Leader position is to maintain a consistently high level of operational performance for their team by providing training, assessment, and assistance, as well as achieving individual performance targets by managing a reduced workload. This involves enhancing team performance across quality, efficiency, and compliance with external regulations and internal policies. The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Motivating and inspiring team members through individual meetings and file evaluations
  • Offering mentoring, coaching, and training to enhance team members' skills and competencies
  • Fostering a positive team culture and organizing engaging meetings
  • Conducting customized assessments and developing job plans
  • Assisting job seekers in overcoming vocational and non-vocational obstacles
  • Guiding participants towards sustainable employment and managing their job plans
  • Engaging in reverse marketing to connect job seekers with employers
  • Enhancing participants' skills and knowledge
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborating with the broader team to achieve common objectives
  • Introducing and training new team members

About You

  • You are a dedicated and motivated individual who thrives in a performance-driven setting
  • Experience in Disability Employment Services (DES) is a mandatory requirement
  • Demonstrated ability in managing diverse teams
  • Established connections with employers, training providers, and community organizations
  • Resilient, self-driven, and adept at influencing others

  • Focused on quality and compliance matters
