Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Offer personalised advice regarding frame styling to enhance customer satisfaction.

Technical Expertise: Dispense glasses with a comprehensive understanding of lens styles and options.

Sales and Administration: Facilitate sales transactions, including the use of an HICAPS machine, and perform administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.

Relationship Building: Forge meaningful relationships with customers to enrich the patient experience.

Who We're Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in optical and retail/customer service is preferred.

Schedule:

  • Initially offering shifts on Thursdays, with the potential for more days in the future.

$ $32.03 per hour
