    Department purpose
We are currently looking for paralegals to assist our Corporate team in Sydney on a casual basis.-
Role and responsibilities

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be proactive and have a high level of initiative.
  • Sound working knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Prior experience working at another toptier firm as a paralegal or a summer clerk is highly regarded (desirable).

Key requirements

  • Reviewing and summarising documents;
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents;
  • Legal research; and
  • Other varied general assistance.
