We are searching for an experienced property maintenance person/cleaner to join our team.


Work alongside our resident managers, assisting them with property maintenance and cleaning duties of common areas, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, polishing, refuse management, high-pressure cleaning, etc.

Some golf buggy operation is required; therefore, a current Qld Driver's License is necessary.


Approximately 35-38 hours per week, this is a permanent part-time position Monday to Friday with possibility of occasional weekend work.

You will be working in a friendly working environment in a high-quality building located in Hamilton.

Applicants hold or be prepared to undergo a Queensland Police Check.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 35-40 per week

Salary:
$ $27.02 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hamilton, QLD 4007: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Cleaning: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driver Licence (required)
  • Police Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (required)
