The Opportunity

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and skilled mechanic to join our field service crew as a Field Service Technician specialized in Lube Trucks. Operating from our Brisbane location, you will be responsible for carrying out on-site maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs on Hitachi earthmoving machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing top-notch maintenance, repair work, and routine servicing on our high-quality equipment in the field
  • Completing inspection reports and essential paperwork diligently
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
  • Reducing machine downtime and enhancing productivity

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Relevant trade qualification - Heavy Diesel Technicians
  • Valid MR Drivers license or higher
  • Demonstrated expertise in servicing and repairing automotive and/or earthmoving equipment
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Capability to address technical issues in repair and maintenance services
  • Self-motivation and teamwork aptitude
  • Dedication to maintaining quality work and adhering to safety policies
