The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated, trade qualified mechanic to join our field service team as a Field Service Technician (Lube Truck). Based out of the Brisbane branch, this role will have you conducting onsite maintenance, servicing and minor repairs to Hitachi earthmoving equipment.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out high quality maintenance, repair work and routine servicing to our premium equipment in the field
- Completion of inspection reports and other essential paperwork as required
- Providing quality customer service at all times
- Minimising machine downtime and maximising productivity
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
- Relevant trade qualification – Heavy Diesel Technicians
- Hold a MR Drivers license or above
- Demonstrated experience in servicing and/or repairing of automotive and/or earthmoving equipment
- Strong communication skills and customer service focus
- Ability to navigate technical issues in repair and maintenance services
- Self-motivated and team orientated
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety policies and procedures
