About the Role

This is an exciting role for someone who has a true passion for delivering excellent customer service. As a Members Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Defence Health in our call centre and you will be responsible for providing quality advice through educating our members on our private health insurance products.

We provide you with the best possible start to your new career with us through a supportive paid training program to ensure we equip you with all the skills to perform your best within the Members Services Team.

This role also allows you to create a long-term career where you can move up the ranks or grow into other roles in a clear career transition pathway.
