About your new role
We are seeking an Analyst Financial Crime Customer Lifecycle Management to join our team.

You will perform a wide range of complex analysis and reporting in accordance with the AML/CTF Program and statutory requirements.

Whilst maintaining accurate customer data you will ensure complete and comprehensive customer records and risk ratings.


Reporting to the Manager Financial Crime Customer Lifecycle Management, you will effectively collate, analyse, evaluate and perform BAU as part of the delivery of the Centralised Customer Lifecycle Management team.

Processing exclusions, multiple membership merge, inactive patrons and customer management activities.

Whilst undertaking customer data profile reviews, you will engage with stakeholder and customers to complete outreach requirements and will develop and proactively lead continuous improvement, enhancing efficiency to uplift process controls and governance.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Extensive experience in a Due Diligence, Compliance or Risk related role
  • Previous experience working in a casino or gaming environment is highly regarded
  • Experience in a customer centric (customer lifecycle) process environment with a comprehensive understanding of relevant statutory compliance and reporting standards
  • A working knowledge of domestic and international banking requirements with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in the Microsoft office package
