Programmed Skilled Workforce is a top provider of managed workforce and training services, we have an exciting opening for motivated and enthusiastic Production Crew Supervisors to be part of our team and take your career to the next level.

Located near Muswellbrook, you will work on our client site as part of their wider production operation. Our client owns one of the largest coal production sites in the Hunter Valley area and supplies high-quality, clean energy coal to customers both internationally and locally.

As a Production Crew Supervisor, you will receive training, support, and guidance to help you enhance your skills and contribute to the operational performance of operators in a large mining truck fleet.

About the Role:

Working under the supervision of the Programmed Contract Manager and Client Production Execution Superintendent, the Production Crew Supervisor will collaborate closely with the client's team to minimize delays and maximize equipment usage efficiency. This position focuses on managing labor and resources effectively based on employee skills and experience to ensure smooth hauling operations. Strong communication with client supervisors, superintendents, and dispatch is crucial for successful project completion, emphasizing the importance of healthy work relationships and a team player mindset.

  • Capability to lead, guide, and mentor team members for optimal performance
  • Prior experience in supervision or account management (including leading hands/step-ups)
  • Preferred experience in operating mechanical and/or electric haul trucks or open-cut mining production
