Principal Project Manager - Project Delivery Office, Digital Solutions Digital Solutions is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Principal Project Manager to join the team for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise determined.

This is an opportunity to lead the Department of Education'sdevelopment and implementation of a new Web Content Filtering solution for schools, aligning with our mission to significantly enhance network capabilities in schools state-wide.

About the Role As the Principal Project Manager you will have responsibility for the following: Accountable for the project team's delivery and performance, particularly with regards to schedule, resource allocation, and budgets.

Prepare relevant project documentation to ensure appropriate communication of scope, objectives and deliverables.

Management of the solution's roll out, working alongside another project manager and subject matter experts to facilitate the deployment of the solution in schools through vendor coordination.

Collect feedback from schools regarding the piloted solution, compiling comprehensive reports, Offer strategic guidance and advice to senior management, addressing business needs, priorities, and ICT governance requirements.

Identify, define and lead the transition strategy for the broad rollout of the solution to all Department of Education schools throughout the state.

Support staff in developing and implementing a change package, including training modules for schools and the service desk.
Liaise with stakeholders and communicate with Department of Education schools to support the technical rollout within schools.

Skills and experience:

Previous experience as a MIS administrator, OC Holder, regional systems technician or experience implementing technology in educational institutions is required.

Knowledge of internet filtering, management and reporting tools.
Strong communication skills to effectivley engage with schools, stakeholders and internal teams.
