About the Role

  • This role is responsible for coordinating the daytoday use of the workforce management solution UKG-Pro platform _for timecard management, including_ responsibility for facilitating the fortnightly timecard sign off. It also has responsibility for 'first response' on WFM scheduling related questions. This is a maximum term contract ending 28 February 2025._

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the fortnightly pay run using the WFM system
  • Utilising the reporting function on WFM to provide information to key people within the business
  • Responding to and resolving all WFM 'Level 1' related queries and triaging more complex matters to relevant SME's
  • Creation and removal of Employee and Manager licences within UKG-Pro
  • Address Payroll enquiries and liaise with the central payroll services team
  • Liaising with Payroll to complete all necessary payroll compliance reporting on a fortnightly basis
  • Support leave management processes and tracking with the Business
  • Assist training new Timecard Managers (TCM)
  • Review exceptions on a regular basis providing reports for TCM for action
  • Complete historical corrections when TCM access is not present
  • Approve and signoff timecards when not completed by TCM within payroll timeframes
  • Assist sites where clocks have gone down, supply trouble shooting guide
  • Communicate WFM updates to TCM and employees
  • Provide Dataview reports when required
  • Aids Timecard Managers for issues in Timecards, Payslips and Sign off
  • Delegate Timecard Manager Access

About You

  • UKG Pro Platform experience desirable
  • WFC experience desirable
  • High volume timecard management in healthcare, retail or similar experience with 24/7day rostering
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Manage time effectively, showing initiative and complying with Payroll deadlines
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs of the business and to prioritise accordingly
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members and demonstrate teamwork through collaborative and proactive participation in services improvement.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
