ALG is a registered training organisation that has been offering high-quality vocational education and training in the fields of Health and Community Services for over 15 years.

We are currently seeking a
Trainer & Assessors (Validation and Assessment Writing) to join our team.

The Role:

This is a temporary role (3-6 months) to support our validation and assessment requirements.

The key responsibilities include:

Focusing on supporting our validation and moderation manager, the role will:

  • Validate units of competence
  • Support the rectifications with a focus on your ability to deliver compliant and relevant assessments

Is this you? Our Assessors must have the following key selection criteria:

  • Solid experience of conducting validations and writing assessments
  • A relevant vocational qualification at a minimum Diploma level
  • Ideally you have experience in the CHC, SIS and HLT training packages
  • Updated Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in teaching or training is desirable but not essential
