The Opportunity

Looking for a top-notch Customer Success Lead to ensure our clients have an outstanding experience at every touchpoint. Your role involves managing our strategic accounts, setting an example while guiding your team, and maximizing the value and revenue of these key clients. You will shape our Customer Success strategies in a rapidly growing tech startup.

You'll play a key role in refining and executing the onboarding process, from pre-sales to implementation and beyond. Your influence on the team is pivotal for success.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience, including Senior Customer Success roles
  • Experience in dynamic environments like tech startups, consulting, or finance
  • Knowledge of KYC, AML, and fraud space is a plus
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with data analytics and performance metrics
  • Excellent written and planning abilities
