We are currently looking for a Retail Experience Lead to join us in this global endeavor. Whether it's a department store in Melbourne, international trade shows, or innovative pop-ups in Asia-Pacific, you will be in charge of bringing our retail concepts to life, implementing our go-to-market strategy in these spaces, and equipping our partners with the necessary tools to introduce Bellroy to our customers worldwide.

Bring your expertise in retail environments, keen eye for detail, and knack for problem-solving. In return, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with top-notch partners, engage with inspiring colleagues, and work on exciting projects.

YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF YOU HAVE...

  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar role with a solid grasp of VM principles
  • Familiarity with spatial design, product presentation, and planogram execution
  • A background in marketing, business, or relevant field
  • A profound understanding of retail and/or wholesale dynamics, including the needs of retailers to effectively showcase our brand
  • The ability to execute a shopping activation meticulously, evaluate its impact, and continuously enhance the process
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Comfort with data analysis to drive informed decision-making and identify opportunities

  • Developed Bellroy's Global Merchandising Guide in collaboration with the Creative team
  • Prepared showrooms globally for the launch of a new product range
  • Organized an upcoming trade show, including creative asset coordination and product sample delivery
  • Contributed to the Retail Newsletter for wholesale accounts
  • Assisted in measuring the success of a recent retail activation
  • Assessed available fixtures and suggested enhancements
  • Explored customer behavior insights through 'Why People Buy'
  • Reviewed sales data from a recent activation and conducted a team retrospective
