Trainer for Certificate Iv in Kitchen Management

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and conduct cooking classes, demonstrations, and workshops.
  • Instruct students in various cooking techniques, knife skills, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Develop and adapt cooking curriculum to suit different skill levels and culinary interests.
  • Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their cooking goals.
  • Share insights about culinary trends, ingredients, and regional cuisines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cooking environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall student experience.

Qualifications:

  • Professional culinary training or relevant cooking certifications.
  • Freshers are welcome but preference will be given to chef or cookery instructor.
  • Passion for teaching and sharing culinary knowledge.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Uptodate knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Creativity in developing new recipes and class ideas.
  • Patience and ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds.
