We're looking for someone special to take on a new role in our Communications and Engagement team as Principal communications and digital strategy advisor.

Do you have experience in significant digital marketing strategy and/or specialist digital skills across website, eDM, digital campaign management, digital marketing automation, A/B testing and campaign analysis, journey mapping, social implementation and content writing for multi-channel and multi-personas? Do you love leading stakeholder mapping, stakeholder content planning, workflows, automation and efficiencies? Can you help us establish a mature engagement and marketing approach, and the implementation of a system like Hubspot or similar?

In this role you will:

  • Demonstrate high level stakeholder relations and engagement to manage wholeofsector internal and external campaigns, as well as representing the organisation and presenting at crossagency working groups and committees.
  • Provide communication and engagement strategy, advice, implementation and evaluation to support delivery of wholeofsector workforce and Queensland Government employment brand initiatives.
  • Lead stakeholder mapping, stakeholder content planning, workflows, automation and efficiencies, and establish a mature engagement and marketing approach, and the implementation of a system like Hubspot or similar.
  • Have experience in significant digital marketing strategy and/or specialist digital skills across website, eDM, digital campaign management, digital marketing automation, A/B testing and campaign analysis, journey mapping, social implementation, and content writing for multichannel and multipersonas.
  • Manage communication, engagement and brand activities for the organisation and wholeofsector, by analysing, understanding and simplifying complex information and concepts, legislation and policy to produce communication materials providing expertise, systems, frameworks, support tools and governance.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of communication and engagement activities including monitoring stakeholder feedback and perceptions and identifying issues that may impact on successful communications.
  • Develop creative and quality multichannel content, with attention to detail and adherence to writing style guidelines.
  • Drive behavioural change by developing and implementing digital content strategy.
  • Support the development of teammates and colleagues.
