At the Y, we believe in the power of inspired young people. Here at Y Ballarat, we offer a variety of programs and services to over 100 communities across Victoria, including rural and remote areas. Currently, we have a team of more than 700 staff members throughout the state, and we are constantly expanding and enhancing our dedicated workforce.

Our children's services involve overseeing kindergartens, early learning centers, and before and after school care facilities. With over 90 services across Victoria, our Youth programs are also well-established in Ballarat, with Youth hubs, workshops, as well as ReCranked and JumpStart initiatives.

We have multiple openings at our 4 Buloke centers and are seeking individuals with Cert III, Diploma, and ECT qualifications to join our dynamic and passionate team.

Qualification: Early Childhood Education or equivalent, approved by ACECQA - Cert III, Diploma, or Bachelor's
