Responsibilities

  • Social media marketing lead for Australia across Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, Instagram etc.
  • Responsible for growing follower base and engagement rate of our clients Australian social media channels
  • Create fun and engaging content, working with the design team to bring them to life
  • Develop content calendar to drive awareness of the brand
  • Monthly reporting on effectiveness of social media activity using industry trends to identify the gaps and type of campaigns that would be suitable for each platform.
  • Inspire and educate the Australian marketing team on social media trends, developing relationships with platforms like Facebook, TikTok etc
  • Work closely with our clients internal influencer and paid media teams to cross collaborate on content strategy
  • Manage a budget, providing accurate ROI forecasting and appropriate investments.

Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years working experience in social media marketing
  • A genuine passion for all forms of social media, familiar with industry trends etc
  • Demonstrated experience in creating content and managing business social media accounts
  • Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and TikTok (Little Red Book, WeChat advantageous).
  • Strong experience in monitoring and managing the backend system of each of these social media platforms.
  • Solid analytical skills, familiar with excel etc
  • Strong presenting and negotiating skills
