Quality Assurance and Work Health Safety Administration Officer

As an Administration Officer holding a Quality Assurance and Work Health Safety portfolio, your primary responsibility is to oversee the smooth administrative operations of a site, supporting the Regional Administration Manager and Operations Manager in Quality Assurance, and work health and safety matters to ensure compliance with medical imaging practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage day-to-day administration activities at the designated site.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures within your area of responsibility.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to fellow medical imaging administration personnel.
  • Compile and submit WHS and QA documentation as directed.
  • Execute all clerical and reception duties at the practice diligently.
  • Participate in Quality audits and WHS assessments as instructed by the respective teams.
  • Communicate workplace protocols and instructions to team members as needed.
  • Handle a variety of routine administration tasks proficiently.
  • Identify and resolve challenges that arise within the WHS and Quality framework in a complex environment.
