Job Title: Treasury Dealer at OFX

Purpose of your role

As a Treasury Dealer at OFX, you will use your analytical skills and financial market expertise to play a crucial role within the Treasury team. Your responsibilities will include hedging OFX's FX exposure, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, managing banking relationships, and providing macro insights.

Responsibilities

  • Risk management and positioning for OFX's FX spot and forward book
  • Managing market risks related to Majors & Exotics currencies and ensuring compliance with Treasury Policy
  • Short-term cash flow forecasting and funding swaps
  • Providing FX quoting support for sales and dealing desks
  • Monitoring and reporting on treasury P&L, flows, and trends
  • Interacting with banking counterparts and payment services
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects to create added value for OFX and clients
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide insights, analysis, and content

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Engineering
  • Willingness to work beyond regular office hours for regional trading coverage

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in an analytical role within Treasury/Financial Markets
  • Strong experience in FX/rates trading or financial markets is advantageous
  • Ownership mindset with attention to detail and high ethical standards
  • Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, self-starting, solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders
