Working within a medium/large aged care service within the Hornsby region of Sydney you will be supported by an experienced Clinical Manager plus the wider management team within this leading NFP organisation.


The role


As a Residential Manager, you will provide day to day operational & clinical direction, motivation & continuous development to your team members with full support of an experienced clinical manager & care team.


You will have the ability to establish & build effective relationships ensuring that residents have a connection within the local community and have the confidence that they are included within their daily living & clinical care needs.


Alongside your clinical insight you will also have excellent operational & financial acumen with the ability to ensure KPI's, accreditation standards and quality indicators are met in line with industry guidelines.


Being a collaborative leader, you will be comfortable being "hands on" and supporting with clinical duties & staff education when required.


Summary of Duties

  • Provide operational oversight to residents & care staff

  • Ensure KPI's, budgets and financial goals are achieved

Skills and Experience

  • AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous aged care leadership experience
