A little bit about the role:


  • Permanent Full-TimeOpportunity based in
    Sunshine Coast:
  • Care for shrubs, vines, grasses, and plants
  • Clean up planting beds from litter
  • Perform landscaping tasks (pruning, planting, dividing, leaf removal)
  • Monitor for pests and diseases and take action as needed
  • Maintain car parks, pathways, and garden areas
  • Follow workplace safety policies and procedures
  • Adhere to quality management systems policies

What will you bring:

  • Experience in a horticultural environment.
  • Proven track record in garden maintenance and upkeep.
  • Holds a Certificate 3 in Horticulture or a willingness to obtain one.
  • Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control (ACDC) License desirable not essential
  • Possession of a current driver's licence.
  • Has the flexibility (as required) to work some shifts in different waste facilities on a rotational basis to fulfil the contractual requirements
  • Personal presentation to a high standard.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
