**A little bit about the role**:

- **Permanent Full-Time**Opportunity based in **Sunshine Coast**:

- Care for shrubs, vines, grasses, and plants
- Clean up planting beds from litter
- Perform landscaping tasks (pruning, planting, dividing, leaf removal)
- Monitor for pests and diseases and take action as needed
- Maintain car parks, pathways, and garden areas
- Follow workplace safety policies and procedures
- Adhere to quality management systems policies

**What will you bring**:

- Experience in a horticultural environment.
- Proven track record in garden maintenance and upkeep.
- Holds a Certificate 3 in Horticulture or a willingness to obtain one.
- Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control (ACDC) License - desirable not essential
- Possession of a current driver's licence.
- Has the flexibility (as required) to work some shifts in different waste facilities on a rotational basis to fulfil the contractual requirements
- Personal presentation to a high standard.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
