We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join a leading PropertyDeveloper.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage all incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Provide general support to the office staff and management team.
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and functions.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Uphold a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or administrator is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the real estate or property development industry is a plus.
