What you'll contribute to


The Planning Specialist is responsible for supporting the development of mid-long term planning recommendations and connected mobility solutions in order to bring to market highly desirable products that maximise TMCA and Dealer profitability.

This role is based in Port Melbourne and is a Max Term contract until December 2025.


How you'll make an impact- Implement agreed mid-long-term Strategy and Business Development planning processes and procedures consistent with set policies, to achieve customer satisfaction, sales and profitability objectives in the long term.- Contribute to the development of mid-long term strategic recommendations and solutions based on available market and product research information in order to maximise product desirability, customer satisfaction, sales and profitability. Support commercial and governance initiatives by coordinating contract management and assisting in the RFQ/RFP/RFT process to deliver the best value outcomes for TMCA.- Maintain reporting systems in order to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.


Your attributes - If you've got one or more, we'd love to hear from you- Degree qualification in engineering, marketing, business or economics or equivalent experience.- Passion for innovation and understanding of Connected Mobility Solutions, including in-vehicle infotainment and embedded technology.- Experience in market research and cost planning financial analysis.- Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
