Who are we?
'Give the Disadvantaged a Job' is a developing business that has been providing employment for disabled Australians for the last 5 years, with our primary focus being sales work to the public. As a small team of people registered under a sole trader, we are looking to invest in a fleet of confident, eager workers to assist in the sales of various goods to residential clients. We work with a dynamic rotation of suppliers, which our team distributes to our workers to sell all over Victoria.

Who we would like to employ?
We are looking for people who would like to conduct door-to-door sales of products. These will be in allocated suburbs that are within reasonable travel distance.

People with a drivers license are preferred, but not required). You must live in (or be registered to work in) the state of Victoria.

Backpackers and university students are welcome.


Each successful applicant must be okay working at least 6 hours per day for 4 days, however the business hours given to you for these shifts will be flexible.


Desired applicants would have at least 5 years of sales experience, and must be good communicating with people to be considered successful.


What will we provide?
You will receive 32% of the amount made from the products you sell, with salary being commission only.

Additionally, if you own a car, you will receive an additional $30 per week for petrol on top of what is sold.

We will provide a 1 hour training session (details on this session will be made available during our interview with you)

Applicants who consistently do well selling products may become supervisors for a fleet of drivers as the business expands.
