Role Overview:

  • Deliver administrative assistance for projects within the Corporate Technology division
  • Facilitate the planning, execution, and successful delivery of major technology initiatives
  • Ensure project alignment with established governance frameworks and lifecycle processes
  • Support the project management team in achieving high-quality outcomes for the organization

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist a range of technology projects within the Project Management Office
  • Provide project and administrative support, including record keeping, financial oversight, and contract administration
  • Ensure adherence to governance and lifecycle protocols by project team members
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives
  • Prepare monthly reports and coordinate governance meetings
  • Oversee document management practices and offer governance assistance

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project support role
  • Strong grasp of project management principles and methodologies
  • Preferred industry qualification in Project Management Methodology
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience within the resources sector is advantageous
