  • A 61 bed facility
  • Provide quality Servciel Manager you will effectively manage and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values.
  • Take an active role in getting to know and communicating with our residents and their families.
  • Manage residents' assessments, treatment, careplans and other documentation to the highest standard.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous Clinical Management experience in an Aged Care environment desirable and knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Experience in managing and leading people by building a positive team culture is essential
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) essential
  • Demonstrated understanding of personcentred care and ability to work well in a team environment
