The Assistant Brand Manager position plays an integral role within the marketing team and would suit someone that is highly motivated, organised, with outstanding communication skills and a practical "can-do" attitude.


Duties

  • Liaise with Internal business units (Marketing, Finance, PR, production) and External Suppliers (PR, POS, Printers, Merchandise, Social, Digital)
  • Support the Marketing Manager on campaigns, events and tasks.
  • Lead and manage PR, creative agency teams and Social / PR / digital planning management and campaign rollout
  • Lead the coordination of trade and consumer tasting / sampling campaigns. Experiential trade and consumer event management
  • Gotomarket planning, development, and execution working with trade partners, distributors on launch plan requirements
  • Champion DTC, partnerships and Ecom channel setup and expansion in multiple markets

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in marketing/brand assistant role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Ability to analyse and interpret information
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Demonstrated time management ability
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing preferred
  • Experience in FMCG industry / alcohol and Sales/retail experience preferred
  • Passionate about digital and growing brands in the online world
  • Interest in craft spirits
