What You Will Be Doing
The Men's Behaviour Change Program (MBCP) Facilitator works in collaboration with other team members in delivering a range of short, medium and longer-term family violence behaviour change interventions to men in the Bayside Peninsula catchment who are 18 years or over and identify using violence in their family relationships.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- A relevant qualification in Social Work.
- Eligible for membership with the AASW.
- An understanding of skills required in group work facilitation, case management.
- Understanding of the impacts of family violence for family members and broader community.
- Strong skills in working with complex clients including defusing, selfmanagement and reflective practice
