We are seeking a highly qualified Assistant Professor to join our faculty in the School of Behavior Analysis at Florida Tech. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and service, with a focus on behavior analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach courses in behavior analysis, including experimental analysis of behavior, applied behavior analysis, and conceptual analysis/philosophical underpinnings of behavior analysis.
  • Conduct research in behavior analysis, with a focus on experimental analysis of behavior, applied behavior analysis, and conceptual analysis/philosophical underpinnings of behavior analysis.
  • Participate in service activities, including curriculum development, program assessment, and accreditation efforts.
  • Supervise graduate students and provide mentorship and guidance.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement online courses and programs.
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in behavior analysis or a related field.
  • Experience in teaching and research in behavior analysis.
  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in instructional design and online course development.
  • Knowledge of behavior analysis software and technology.
  • Experience in program assessment and accreditation efforts.
