Your Role:

Our Governance and Risk Specialist role is not your usual Governance role.

It's true, you'll be expertly guiding and connecting the business on risk and governance-related matters, but it doesn't end there.

From day one, you will be involved with providing practical governance advice and drafting reports for management and Board committees.

Later, you will be facilitating workshops, sharing insights, and supporting management on delivery of our Governance Framework and Internal Audit Plan.


There's a lot to learn and lots of people that you'll need to know, but you'll be part of a supportive team environment that will guide you as you work your way to independence.


What you'll bring:


You're at home when working independently, and you find great satisfaction in building strong relationships with stakeholders in order to collaboratively achieve common goals.


You will have recent demonstrable experience in providing contemporary risk and / or governance-related advice that resulted in tangible and sustainable improvements to supporting business processes.


A current professional membership and accreditation with a relevant body such as the Risk Management Institute of Australasia, Governance Institute of Australia or Institute of Internal Auditors is highly regarded.
